Though we cannot begin to conceive of heaven and heaven’s heavens, God’s presence is fully there and here and everywhere. After all He existed before He created space (Genesis 1:1) and is Lord over space. Just as God is not restricted in His knowledge being omniscient, nor limited in His power being omnipotent, God is also not confined in respect to space. It is difficult for us to think outside of the three dimensions in which we live but the spatial confines that limit us do not limit God.
